GROWING!!!!

Emma had her 2 week checkup today. She has gained 1lb 2oz since last Monday. She is now 8lbs 4oz. She is getting cuter every day. She is a pretty good baby. She sleeps anywhere from 2 -5 hours at night, on average.

SHE'S HERE!!

Emma Loraine Reems arrived on December 10th @ 1:53pm. She weighed 7lbs 6oz & is 20" long. She looks just like her proud daddy. She also has his piano playing fingers & her mommy's dimples. She came after several hours of hard labor. I went from 3cm to 10cm in 1-1/2 hours. I then pushed for 3 hours with an hour break in the middle. After pushing & finding out that her head was turned sideways & wedged in my pelvis, they decided they had to do a c-section. We are so glad that she is finally here for us to enjoy. She is just beautiful!

Baby Emma's Update

Well, after being at the hospital for 12 hours, which included 2 ultrasounds, several laps around the hospital halls, several "checks", back labor and very little sleep, we are back home. Emma just isn't ready to be born yet. We're hoping to be back in the next 24 - 48 hours, to stay and have a baby this time :) Just thought I'd give you all an update.
