I'm soooo tired!!!!

Ok everyone out in bloggerland, I need your help!!! I'm having a horrible time sleeping at night! Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas that helped you? I know that this is going to get worse by the end (and after the baby comes :) ) but I need to know if there is something I can do to get better sleep. My Dr. suggested taking Tylenol PM... I have pregnancy brain right now so of course I forgot to pick some up when I was at Target tonight, even after walking right by the medicine aisle! UGHHHH!!! It also doesn't help my sleep pattern that I'm getting up at least once or twice to go to the bathroom! 

I'm looking forward to some tips from you all! Like things I can do before going to bed, maybe??????

Hey Amy, I had trouble sleeping but mine was because of leg cramps. Diane J. told me to eat a banana every night before I went to bed and it worked like a charm. I don't know if it will help with what you are facing, but it worked wonders for me.
